JUMPING JUPITER

The Jupiter Inlet Condominium costs $125,000 with maintenance fees of $4,000 per year plus taxes.  It has a view of the pool and the inlet in the distance.  From the 10 acre property which is on the inlet you can see the Jupiter Lighthouse all red(maroon) and tall across the inlet.  Boats zoom by out to the ocean.  The adjoining Dubois Park has walkways along the inlet, docks, picnic tables and swimming areas.  On the other side the Jupiter Beach State Park has massive sand dunes and ocean beaches that stretch to Juno beach except for one massive gigantic condominium complex dividing the beach in half.  There's a Jupiter Dunes Par 3 Golf Course on that property.
The condo is basically a pied a terre with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, an old fashioned kitchen from the 70's and a living room with a sliding door and patio facing the pool.  The preferable condos have a view of the lighthouse and are closer to the inlet.  Still if you wanted a place to live beachside in the winter #102 B would be perfect except for the maintenance fees and need for renovation.  Theaters, restaura nts, and supermarkets are a short drive away.  There's a massive unspoiled ocean beach with plenty of access and several more public parks nearby.  Palm beach and all its grandeur, shopping, beauty and culture is a couple of towns away.  Two parks are on the other side of Jupiter affording natural landscapes on the inlet.  Jupiter island has the famous Blowing Rocks Preserve where the ocean acts like a geyser through the shore rocks at high tide especially on stormy days.
The condo upstairs 202B is for sale too.  There has been more remodeling and you get an overview of the property and inlet.  It's $40,000 more.  The larger newer condos in a complex next door used to go for $800,000.  We heard about someone who stole it recently at a very low price-$400.000?.  They didn't say.  If  you're fond of sand dunes and salty air, rich people's houses here and there plus a lighthouse and blowing rock, you're sure to fall in love with Jupiter Inlet Condominiums in spite of the exorbinant maintenance fee to cover sea wall repair and hurricane insurance.
The condo is in Jupiter on Saturn St..!!!!!!!!!
