The full moon is over. Now it's 96% full. It's been obscurred by fog and/or low misty clouds for days. You couldn't see Martha's Vineyard from Cape Cod yesterday. It's the heat wave. It was 87 in Boston the other day.

So waxing or waning, the moon rises and sets. Sometimes we can't see it

Sometimes.we don't bother to see it.
